Ergonomic Assessments
Ergonomic assessments and consultations can be completed for all jobs (e.g., office environment, industrial/manufacturing, health care).
Our ergonomic professionals assist with ergonomic risk assessments for specific jobs and work with various stakeholders on site (e.g., human resources, health and safety, leadership/management teams, engineering) to assist with:

 - Link injury data to medical costs for a cost-benefit analysis to assist with ergonomic change decisions

 - Support the disability management process for stay at work, return to work and accommodation/job fit
 
Job Demands Analysis
Job demands analysis is a systemic procedure that quantifies and objectively measures the physical, psychosocial, and environmental duties of a job. 
Our analysis will assist with the injury management process that includes the following:

 - Basis for identification of ergonomic risk factors and claims management
 
- 
- 
 - Development of stretching and strengthening programs
 
- 
- 
 - Designing safe job rotations
 
- 
- 
 - Disability management and stay at work and return to work planning including accommodation/job fit
 
- 
- 
 - Post offer/pre-employment testing design
